Excavation Records
This section provides information about the excavation records kept in the archival repository of the Blegen Library. This is not a finished product by any means, as many of the records still remain unprocessed (e.g., the records from the excavations at the port of Kenchreai or at Nichoria). In addition, it is certain that continuous arrangement of the personal papers will reveal important information related to the various excavations undertaken by the ASCSA. It should also be mentioned that the majority of the records from the excavations at the Athenian Agora and Corinth are stored in the Stoa of Attalos and the Corinth Museum respectively.
The excavation records have been arranged alphabetically. The spelling of the sites appears both in Greek and Latin. Each entry carries information about the date of the preserved records (Date), the main people involved (Involved), and the records themselves (Records).
