About the Joan and Eugene Vanderpool Fellowship at the Athenian Agora

The Joan and Eugene Vanderpool Fellowship at the Athenian Agora was established by family and friends of Joan and Eugene Vanderpool to honor their lifelong commitment to Greece and the Agora Excavations in particular.  The fellowship was initiated by descendants of Joan and Eugene Vanderpool through proceeds from the sale of the Vanderpool family estate in Pikermi, Attica.  Friends and former students of Joan and Eugene have also added their support to ensure that future generations have the opportunity to work and study at the Agora.

If you would like to make a donation for continuous support of the fellowship, you may find more information here. When donating, please make a note on the form that you would like your donation to go towards the Joan and Eugene Vanderpool Fellowship.
