The annual Wiener Laboratory Workshop on “food” was organized by Tatiana Theodoropoulou (Post-doctoral Fellow, Wiener Laboratory), Evi Margaritis (Environmental Studies Fellow, Wiener  Laboratory), Alex Mulhall (Zooarchaeology Fellow, Wiener Laboratory), Eleanna Prevedorou (advanced Fellow, ASCSA), Flint Dibble (advanced Fellow, ASCSA) and Sherry Fox (Director of the Wiener Laboratory) on February 26th. The workshop was attended by the regular members of the School, who had an insight on how the study of plants, human and faunal remains from archaeological contexts can contribute to the reconstruction of past dietary practices.
