Aristogeneia Toumpas - The Ohio State University
Ari is a fourth year PhD student in Greek and Latin at the Ohio State University. Her current research interests include 19th century Greek Nationalism and Modern Greek Diaspora Heritage studies. She also has a love of language teaching and was involved with much of the early data collection for MANTO (manto-myth.org), focusing especially on Pausanias' Description of Greece. Ari also spends time trying to be a musician, as well as refereeing and competing in her local Historical Fencing league.
