Research Topic: Ancient Greek Architecture from the Archaic until the late Classical Period, Anomalies in Evolution of the Doric Genus and Workshop Mobility.

I'm a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto. My research looks at the well-attested convergence of the Doric "canon" from the Archaic to the Classical period, but from a craft production angle — focusing on technical knowledge transmission, I examine construction details of the Doric treasuries at Delphi to test whether that shared canon was deliberate, or just what happens when craftsmen keep working side by side.

I come to this after a decade as an architect surveying and restoring archaeological sites in Greece, with excavation experience at Corinth and Gortyn.
