Research Topic: Cult and Craft at the Palace of Minos: A Multidisciplinary Approach to the Archaeological and Textual Evidence from The West Central Insula

Giulia is a PhD candidate specializing in Aegean Prehistory at the University of Cincinnati. She is interested in a multidisciplinary approach to Linear B tablets, and for her PhD dissertation, she is working on the tablets from the West Central Insula at the Palace of Knossos, integrating archaeological, pinacological, epigraphic, linguistic, and philological analysis.

She earned her BA and MA in Classics and Philology from the University of Rome La Sapienza, and took part in archaeological excavations and projects, including the Palace of Nestor Excavation at Pylos and the KLASP Project at Knossos.
