BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE - ΒΙΟΓΡΑΦΙΚΟ ΣΗΜΕΙΩΜΑ

Margarita Karapanou (1946-2008) was a Greek novelist. She was the daughter of lawyer and poet Giorgos Karapanos and novelist Margarita Lymberaki. She grew up and raised in Athens and Paris, and studied in Paris and London. Some of her novels are: Kassandra and the Wolf (translated in four languages), the Sleepwalker, Rien ne va plus. In 1988 she received the Prix du Meilleur livre étranger for her book, Le Somnambule.
